Advertising input Form This form enables you to give us your contact details for our database and provides a format for the one-line advert format under the heading Practitioners and Centres - the relevant fields are emboldened - only those appear in the printed advertisement. The cost of this is £10 plus £10 per printed issue (normally four per year). When you book for one issue it is therefore £20, when you book for the whole year it is £50 and a linked web-advert is provided at no extra cost. Other formats will be added below. |
