Web Advertising
We
are beginning to receive enquiries for web-only advertising, separate
from our printed publication. We already charge £10 plus £10
per line per issue for listings, which over a year works out at
£50 but now we can offer an even better service on the web.
This is an ideal way to start if you are worried about maintaining
a website, or paying the enormous fees charged by some companies.
We will quote you a specific cost for "website rescue"
ie to sort out difficulties you may have encountered in managing
your own website. For ongoing work we propose the Annual or ongoing
charges:
BOXES:
web-only = design fees £20 plus charge related to size
of box = £30 small, £40 medium, £50 large annually.
Or for listing series, £10 + £5 per date listed,
plus £5 per listing also included in a display box.
Discounts for web plus printed adverts - individually quoted.
EVENTS:
£10 each, covering both printed listing and inclusion
on a calendar page on this site, including a link to an existing
box advert or page or an external website (see prices above).
LINEAGE
- free on the web when printed version is booked for four
issues (£1 per word). If web-only, costed as
single printed advert with £20 initial set-up fee.
WEB
PAGES: design fees (£30 per hour) plus hosting £5
per month or £50 per annum in advance. If you wish to
develop your page into a separate website we can work with
you to achieve this.
DOMAIN
NAMES: from £20 (UK) to £40 (world) for two
years, which includes pointing them as required.
WEBSITES
involve a design, a domain name, and hosting, and fees are
a combination of those quoted above. Once your website is
operational you can opt to update it yourself, and we will
continue to work with you when further development is required.
Where appropriate, we can convert existing sites (or set them
up at the outset) using a content management system so that
you can more easily update them yourself.

REASONABLE
UPDATES and developments of your page or site can becovered
either by a regular monthly fee in addition to the basic hosting
fee, reflecting the average volume of updating needed, and/or one-off
fees for occasional design work when required at our normal rates.
We will also update your advert or page in response to paid events
listings - a box advert can also be "moved" through the workshops
diary in response to updates.
HOW TO START: If we have already prepared a printed advert
for you we can start by placing it on its own page reflecting your
advert or leaflet design, and from there we can build your website
one step at a time. If you are an existing client you can send material
to us using INPUT or you can email
your proposed text and images to us without obligation and we will
quote and ask you for an initial deposit. Use the form if you are
NEW to convey your basic contact
details.
WORKING
OUT COSTS: Whatever combination of the above suits your requirements
we will work out the most cost-effective options for you. For
example we may combine the costs of initial setup with ongoing
updates into an agreed monthly amount to be paid by standing order.
LINKING
TO US: we may link to your website or page from a boxes or
listings - return links from your site to ours are mutually beneficial
in that they enhance the visibility to search engines of both
our sites and we are developing pages by topic to accommodate
this. First link to us, then send us your URL where you have linked
to us and we will consider a discount in our advertising rates.
PAYMENT:
You can make a saving by paying in advance by cheque. Alternatively,
we are happy to receive payment by paypal to admin@pathwaysnetwork.co.uk,
or you can go to our FORM
page and use payment button at the bottom. Watch this space for
additional facilities for data input that we are working on. Meanwhile
we will quote and invoice you: if you would like to call, please
do so if possible between 10am and 3pm on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday,
and Friday.
